The following terms and conditions may be subject to variation from time to time and as approved by the board of directors.
Wildlife Law members shall pay the subscription fees for one full year either monthly or annually. Except when required by law, Wildlife Law shall be under no obligation to issue refunds under any circumstances. You authorize Wildlife Law to charge you all subscription fees for the duration of the term agreed to at the time of purchase.
You can cancel your account within fourteen (14) days of making payment to Wildlife Law, provided that you have not yet used the services, Wildlife Law, will refund the payment made by you in connection with such cancelled account. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Wildlife Law account or by contacting customer support at info@wildlifelaw.co.uk. Cancellations should be made at least one month before the renewal of the annual subscription falls due.
Your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. Your subscription will automatically renew annually until you cancel. Renewal notice will be provided where required by applicable law. You authorise us to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method(s) every month or annually until you cancel. We will automatically charge you the then-current rate for your plan, plus applicable taxes (such as VAT), every month of your annual contract until you cancel. We may change your plan’s rate each annual renewal term and we will notify you of any rate change with the option to cancel. If the applicable VAT rate changes during your one-year term, we will accordingly adjust the tax-inclusive price for your plan mid-term on your next billing date. If your primary payment method fails, you authorise us to charge any other payment method in your account. If you have not provided us with a backup payment method(s) and you fail to provide payment or if all payment methods in your account fail, we may suspend your subscription. We will continue to attempt to charge your payment method(s) for the remainder of the term and upon payment being received, your full subscription account access will be restored. You can edit your payment information at any time in your Wildlife Law account.
Members shall have the right to display the Wildlife Law Member logo whenever trading under the company name by which they signed up for membership, inclusive of premises and in the company’s official digital media. Should membership lapse, the continued use of the Wildlife Law name and/or logo in any form is a criminal offence under The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.
Members shall have access to the services that Wildlife Law offers as defined in your membership plan. Monthly services are in 30 minute increments. Unused hours from your monthly allowance are not carried over.
Wildlife Law can apply for CITES licenses on your behalf at an administration cost of £40 per application. Any disbursements and government fees will be charged in addition. Consultancy time for this service, including liaising with government agencies is included within your monthly membership allowance. Members will not be refunded if an application is refused.
Identifications are provided by our experts as part of your membership service. DNA analysis is available for an additional charge upon request, where an identification requires 100% certainty.
Fees may apply when travel is required.
